Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp

Prepare ingredients: eggs, shrimps, green onions;

Wash the shrimps, drain the water, add salt and pepper, and marinate for a while;

Tips:
Marinate the shrimp for a while in advance, add pepper to remove the fishy. The omelette liquid must be kept on a high fire and done in one go, so that the fried egg has a loose and crispy skin and a plump appearance.
