Scrambled Eggs with Spinach

Wash the spinach and tear it into sections by hand.

Boil the spinach in boiling water for 20 seconds and remove the water control

Beaten eggs

Chopped green peppers for color matching, or not. Chopped green onions and set aside

Heat up the oil, pour in the egg liquid

Fry into chunks and serve

Heat oil in another pot, add chopped green onion and stir fry even

Pour the spinach and stir fry evenly

Add half a teaspoon of salt
10.
Stir fry evenly with a little sugar

Pour in the fried eggs

Stir evenly to get out of the pot
