Scrambled Eggs with Tea Tree Mushroom

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash tea tree mushrooms and pinch small sections.

Knock the eggs into a bowl, beat them up, add a little salt and stir well for later use.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into small pieces.

Cut the onion into small pieces, shred the ginger, and smash the garlic.

The oil in the pan is hot, and the eggs are slippery.

Saute ginger, garlic and onion with remaining oil.

Fry the tea tree mushrooms until soft.

Add green and red peppers, add salt and pepper and stir well.
