Babies don't like to eat light boiled eggs, so I often make tomato scrambled eggs for him. (Sweet and sour is me)

Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

1. Wash the tomatoes. And cut into chunks.

2. Heat the oil in the pan and add 3 eggs. When the eggs have solidified and become lumpy, turn them over, then pour them into a bowl and set aside.

3. Pour the tomatoes into the pan and stir fry.

4. Add 3 rock sugar cubes to the pot and fry until the rock sugar melts (the tomatoes are also soft).

5. Then pour in the previous eggs, add appropriate amount of salt, and continue to stir fry for a while to get out of the pot.

Tips:

Because the tomato tastes very delicious, I didn't add chopped green onion. Friends who like it can add it.
