Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Add more oil and stir-fry the eggs until they are half cooked.

The extra oil added to the scrambled eggs is left in the pan to continue to fry the tomatoes.

Stir-fry the tomatoes with appropriate amount of tomato sauce, then put the eggs in the stir-fry for a minute and add salt to serve. Add garlic sprouts to garnish and serve.
