Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

Two tomatoes

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices,

Three eggs, beat them up. I forgot to take a picture in this step. Heat the pan, pour in the cooking oil, add the beaten eggs after the oil is slightly hot.

Scramble the eggs and serve.

Add oil to the pot, heat it up, and pour tomatoes

When the tomatoes are a little watery, add a teaspoon of sugar

Add another teaspoon of salt
