Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

Wash the tomatoes and put a cross knife on the top.

Pour in hot water and soak for one minute.

Tear off the skin.

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.

Beat the eggs.

Put oil in the pot and pour the egg liquid.
7.
Beat the eggs in bulk and put them on a plate.

Put a little oil in the pan, pour the tomatoes and fry until soft.

Pour in the scrambled eggs, stir-fry them evenly and put on a plate with salt. If you want some soup, just add a little water.
