Scrambled Eggs with Toon Sprouts

Toon shoots take the young shoots and chop them.

Add salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, thirteen spices and mix well.

Beat in two eggs.

Stir the toon sprouts and egg liquid evenly.
5.
Preheat the electric baking pan, brush with a layer of oil, and pour the toon bud egg liquid.

Slowly fry until it takes shape.
7.
Fry on one side until browned, turn over and fry on the other side.
8.
Fry on both sides and serve out.
