Scrambled Eggs with Wild Onions

Wash wild green onions and cut into chopped green onions

Egg smashed

Hot oil pan

Beat in the eggs

Fry the eggs and stir-fry them. Push aside

Pour in the wild onions

Stir fry with the egg

Stir wild onions until softened and pour in salt
9.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot
Tips:
1. The egg is easy to stick to the bottom, you can put more oil, or pour the egg liquid on the onion;
2. The wild green onion becomes soft and the egg is ready to be out of the pot after solidification.
