Wild Onion Sausage Bread

Take 40 grams of high powder and add 35 grams of hot water and mix well

Round up and ferment in a warm place. The fermentation time will vary depending on the temperature. Observe more during the process. If it is cold, you can use a machine to ferment.

Fermented to 2-2.5 times the size, the fermented dough, dip your finger in water and poke a hole, if the hole does not shrink, it means it has been fermented

Take out the mixed dough and divide it into 6 portions, roll it round, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. Add the last 10-20 grams of water as appropriate, the water absorption of flour is different;
2. When baking bread, be sure to stare at the oven for the last few minutes, and look overly colored.
