Wild Onion Egg Pancake

Freshly dug wild onions

Washed and chopped

Add three eggs, a teaspoon of flour, some salt, and a little chicken essence

Stir it into a paste

Just fry it until golden on both sides

Serve
Tips:
No water was added in the whole process. The three eggs just made a paste, and they were just right when they were fried.
