Scrambled Eggs with Zucchini and Matsutake | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Put the freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms in clean water to wake up for 30 seconds, and set aside.

Break up the eggs and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry until it is ripe, set aside.

Heat the pan again, add the zucchini and the wake-up (beef wa) freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms, add some salt, and stir fry for a while.

Return the eggs to the pan, pour in water starch, add appropriate amount of pepper and salt, stir-fry until cooked, then sprinkle with chopped green onion and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Shred the zucchini to make the side dish taste better.
