Scrambled Stupid Eggs with Scallop Meat

1. The scallops are washed with water to wash away the sand on the surface.

2. Then put the cleaned scallops into a pot with water, cover and cook over high heat.

3. Turn off the heat until the scallops open.

4. Remove the scallops and get the meat.

5. Beat the eggs into egg liquid.

6. Add oil to the hot pan, first spread out the eggs and set aside.

7. Leave the base oil in the middle, then add the scallop meat and saute until fragrant.
