Ingredients

Sea Coconut and Apple Lean Meat Soup

1. Cut the tenderloin into pieces and rinse with water.

2. Prepare dry goods, as shown in the picture.

3. Scrub the skin of the apple with salt. Cut off the middle core with seeds.
