When you go to a Korean restaurant for dinner, there is usually one dish that everyone will order, which is spicy crab soup. My family doesn’t eat spicy food, so I went home to improve it and tried the non-spicy crab soup. It tasted good too. I sent it to everyone to share, but it’s been a long time since the food was eaten.

Sea Crab Tofu Soup

1. The swimming crab is cleaned to remove the crab gills and crab stomach. The crab cover and the crab body are separated, and the crab body can be cut into pieces according to the food intake.

2. Cut ginger, garlic head and garlic leaves into small pieces for later use.

3. Cut the onion and radish and set aside.

4. Pick up the frying pan, add garlic and ginger, and cook until the frying pan heats up.

5. Add onion and radish slices and stir fry.

6. Let the onion and radish slices boil out of water, add water, and bring to a boil.

7. Add the crab cover and the crab body, bring to a boil, remove the foam with a spoon during the process.

8. Add tofu and bring to a boil, then add salt to taste and garlic leaves for garnish.

9. It tastes delicious when it comes out of the pot, it's really amazing.

Tips:

1. I divided the crab body in half. It feels better to cut into 4 pieces.
2. I put a little milk powder in the soup, it feels more delicious.
3. I only put salt in the seasoning, which is very fresh.
