Sea Cucumber and Matsutake Chicken Soup

Send the sea cucumbers in advance

Choose a good matsutake

Ready chicken soup

Cut the sea cucumber, soak the matsutake for 15 minutes, drain the water and set aside

Put the chicken broth in a casserole and boil, add the prepared sea cucumber, matsutake and ginger juice and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, then add an appropriate amount of pepper crushed by a food processor and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Tips:
Squeeze the ginger juice and crush the peppercorns with a food processor, so that the soup in your mouth will have a strong ginger and pepper aroma!
