Sea Cucumber and Mushroom Congee

Tips:
1. The rice is soaked in advance and then boiled, the quality of the rice becomes soft, which can reduce the cooking time;
2. After the rice is boiled, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn on the heat and boil it again, so that the rice grains will rot faster;
3. Put the lettuce in at the end and cook for one minute to prevent the leaves from turning black.
