Sea Cucumber and Vegetable Congee

Prepare the raw materials, soak the sea cucumber and rice in advance, and wash the vegetables

Cut sea cucumber into small pieces

Put water in the pot, add the rice to boil when the water is boiled, add carrots when it's viscous and boil

Add sea cucumber, shredded ginger and salt and cook for about 5 minutes
