This porridge contains sea cucumber, green vegetables, carrots, ginger and pepper. It is nutritious and delicious, especially when it is cold. It is a little spicy after adding ginger and pepper. After I felt hot inside, my body was warm and very comfortable.

Ingredients

Sea Cucumber and Vegetable Congee

1. Prepare the raw materials, soak the sea cucumber and rice in advance, and wash the vegetables

2. Cut sea cucumber into small pieces

3. Put water in the pot, add the rice to boil when the water is boiled, add carrots when it's viscous and boil
