Sea Cucumber Bubble Hair
1.
Wash the dried sea cucumbers with water
2.
Put pure water in a clean and oil-free container, put the dried sea cucumbers in the refrigerator, soak for 12-48 hours, and change the water every 8 hours.
3.
After 48 hours, the sea cucumber has become soft (the soaking at this stage is just to ensure that the soak is soft, and then you can cut the sand mouth)
4.
Cut the soaked sea cucumber from the tail to the head along the midline of the abdomen, cut off the sand mouth, and clean the impurities in the sea cucumber belly. There are several tendons in the inner cavity of sea cucumbers. It is edible without removing it, but it will affect the growth of sea cucumbers. Cut the internal ribs every one centimeter horizontally. As shown in the picture, in order to prevent the sea cucumber from sticking to the oil, a plastic bag is worn on the hand
5.
Use a clean oil-free aluminum pot or stainless steel pot, pour in pure water, boil the sea cucumbers
6.
Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 30-50 minutes. The standard is that the sea cucumber can be gently pinched (if you can't pinch thoroughly, you can cook it for a while). After the fire is stopped, the sea cucumber is left in the pot and the lid is covered. Until the water cools down naturally, take it out
7.
Put pure water in a clean, oil-free container, put the sea cucumbers in, add ice cubes, and refrigerate for 48-72 hours. Change the water every 8 hours.
8.
The soaked sea cucumbers can be taken out to cook the dishes. If you can’t finish them at a time, you can put them in a fresh-keeping bag, add a little water and freeze them in the refrigerator (-15-18 degrees below zero), and they will naturally melt when you eat them.
9.
Before and after the soaking, the sea cucumber can be increased to 2-2.5 times larger than before the soaking.
Tips:
The pot or basin where sea cucumbers are boiled or soaked must not be stained with oil, salt or alkali, otherwise it will melt
