Sea Cucumber Custard

Knock the black eggs into a bowl, smash and stir well.

Soak the sea cucumbers, process them, cut into small pieces, and put them in a bowl.

Pour cold boiled water in a bowl (mineral water is also acceptable).

Add the right amount of salt and stir well.

Put it in a steamer and steam it for about ten minutes. After watching the egg liquid form, take it out.

When eating, just pour a little sesame oil.
Tips:
Be sure to use cold boiled water to mix the egg mixture. The purpose is to ensure that the water is boiled and free of bacteria after the egg mixture is steamed.
