Sea Cucumber Millet Congee

Bring the stock to a boil in the pot, pour the soaked millet, and bring it to a boil on high heat, then turn to a low heat and simmer for more than half an hour

1. Soak dried sea cucumbers in pure water
2. It takes 24 hours to soak, and the water is changed many times in the middle
3. Cut the soaked sea cucumber from the middle with scissors
4. Remove the teeth from the sea cucumber mouth
5. Bring purified water to a boil in the pot, add sea cucumbers and simmer for 35-45 minutes
6. Soak the boiled sea cucumbers in cold water and ice water for 24 hours (you can put them in the refrigerator to soak, and change the water twice in between)
