Ingredients

Sea Cucumber Millet Congee

1. Cut sea cucumbers and boil water

2. Add ginger and sea cucumber, blanch for 30 seconds and remove

3. Add water to submerge the millet, wash and soak for 20 minutes

4. Add water, pour into millet

5. Boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 20 minutes

6. Pour millet porridge and sea cucumber

7. Keep in water, steam on high heat for 10 minutes, and serve.
