Sea Cucumber Red Bean Buckwheat Rice

Prepare the ingredients, red beans, buckwheat, and sea cucumbers are also thoroughly cut into small pieces.

Pour into the rice cooker, add 1:1.2 water, a small amount of salt and peanut oil

When the rice is boiled, add sea cucumber grains

Tips:
The whole process of cooking in my rice cooker is 1 hour. The soaking time for red beans is one day. When I bought the sea cucumber, the soaking time for buckwheat soaked by the seller was 2 hours
