Sea Cucumber Soup with Shrimp and Spare Ribs

Boil the ribs.

Wash and prepare.

Boil water in a casserole and add the ribs.

Send sea cucumber slices.

Cut a few shallots, wash the shrimps and prepare them.

Cook the ribs for 20 minutes and add sea cucumber. Bring to a boil on high heat and turn to medium and low heat for 1 hour.

Add the shrimps. Don't cook it too long, just cook it.
