Sea Cucumber Steamed Egg

1. Soak the dried sea cucumber in advance, so that the soaked sea cucumber is soft and elastic.

2. Cut the soaked sea cucumber into small pieces for later use

3. Beat the eggs into the bowl

4. Break up the eggs to remove the floating powder on the surface, add some warm water and some salt

5. Cover the prepared eggs with plastic wrap and steam them in a pot for 8 minutes, then add the sea cucumber section and continue steaming for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and drizzle with sesame oil.

Tips:

1. Be sure to warm the boiled egg liquid to make it more tender and smooth and taste better. 2. The floating end must be removed, otherwise there will be honeycomb-like holes. 3. Wrap it with plastic wrap and steam it will be more tender. When steaming, you can fork the plastic wrap with a few small holes.
