Sea Cucumber Steamed Egg
1.
Preparation: instant sea cucumber, native eggs.
2.
Stir the soil eggs into a bowl. During the stirring process, there are a lot of scum on the surface of the egg liquid, which needs to be skimmed off.
3.
Then add a little pepper, mix well, add appropriate amount of warm water and stir evenly (the amount of water depends on each person's preference, and the more water will make it tender).
4.
Then put it in a steamer and steam on medium heat for 12 minutes (e.g., steam in a boiling water pot for about 8 minutes, whichever is done).
5.
This is steamed for 10 minutes (because the sea cucumber is ready to eat, you don't need to put it in too early, you have to wait for the egg liquid to steam before putting it).
6.
Add the sea cucumber, turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes.
7.
Prepare some chopped green onions.
8.
Once it's steamed, take it out.
9.
Prepare light soy sauce.
10.
Pour peanut oil, light soy sauce, and chopped green onion while it's hot.
