Sea Cucumber Steamed Egg

Sea cucumbers are thawed in cold water. My sea cucumbers are fresh and frozen in the refrigerator.

Clean and blanch.

Beat the eggs into the bowl and mix well.

Add warm water, the ratio of eggs to warm water is 1:1. Turn to medium-low heat and steam for 8 minutes. Add the blanched sea cucumbers and steam for another 3 minutes.

Sprinkle diced red pepper, drizzle a little light soy sauce and sesame oil to taste.
