Sea Cucumber Steamed Egg

1. Prepare the ingredients. (Sea cucumbers should be distributed in advance).

2. Cut sea cucumber into sections, chop green onions, and shred ginger (if you are afraid of fishy, you can add more ginger).

3. Beat the eggs, add the right amount of oil and salt, then add the sea cucumbers, add water (half a bowl) and mix thoroughly.

4. Wait for the water in the pot to boil and steam it for about 5 minutes.

5. After five minutes, turn off the heat and remove the lid, add chopped green onion, cover the lid and bake for 3 minutes.
