Sea Rice Mixed with Cucumber

Wash two cucumbers and set aside (I used our unique white jade cucumber in Haiyang. Most areas are green cucumbers. White jade cucumbers are suitable for eating raw and taste more delicious).

Take out the dried sea rice from the freezer, wash it and prepare it (you pay attention to how to keep your sea rice fresh, and the sea rice you buy home must be frozen instead of refrigerated).

Cut the cucumber in half first, smash it with the back of a knife, and cut into sections.

.Put the cut cucumbers into the basin and add the sea rice that we washed in advance. Note that my dried sea rice is not soaked in water. This is the point. The umami taste of the soaked sea rice will be different! Mix the sea rice and cucumber first, so that the sea rice can absorb the moisture in the cucumber is enough.

Add a little minced garlic and a little balsamic vinegar. You can also add it if you like the flavour and sesame oil! The taste can be adjusted as you like! Southerners who can’t eat garlic can use chili instead!
