Sea Rice Mixed with Cucumber

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Peel the cucumber into two pieces.

Scrape the scoop, pat it loose with a knife, and cut into inch pieces.

Place in a basin, add sugar and salt, stir evenly and marinate for 5 minutes.

Pour the pickled water in the basin, add vinegar, light soy sauce, garlic, and sea rice, drizzle with sesame oil and mix well.
