Sea Rice Tofu and Winter Melon Soup

Soak sea rice in warm water, cut winter melon, tofu into any slices, mince green onion, ginger, coriander, slice garlic, and crush star anise.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onions, ginger, garlic, and star anise until fragrant, add tofu and fry.

Add winter melon and stir fry, then add sea rice.
5.
Pour in bone soup, sea rice soup, tofu and simmer.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, salt, coriander.
7.
It is ready to be eaten in a container.

Tips:
When frying the tofu, be sure to use a slow heat, otherwise it will fry if the heat is too high.
