Kump soup is made by every family. We prefer to use a variety of seafood to enhance the flavor. When there is no fresh seafood, we use sea rice.

Haimi Pimple Soup

1. Prepare materials

2. Haimi rinse with clean water to wash away the floating ash, and then soak in clean water

3. Wash and chop cabbage, share 4 cabbage gangs

4. Chopped green onion

5. Put the right amount of oil in the wok, heat the oil and put the chopped green onion to burst the fragrance

6. Add the chopped cabbage

7. Stir-fry and evenly add an appropriate amount of water

8. Put the sea rice and the water soaked in the sea rice, and bring to a boil

9. Put the flour in a basin and stir under very little running water

10. Stir it into a snowflake shape

11. After boiling, add the mixed gnocchi

12. Put all into the water, and the dry powder will also go in

13. Stir with a spoon to avoid sticking the pot

14. Boil for a while, then pour in a beaten egg

15. After boiling again, season with appropriate amount of salt to serve

Tips:

The water used for mixing flour accounts for about 70%, and it can be mastered several times.
