Sea Shrimp and Choy Sum Soup

After the prawns are thawed, use scissors to cut off the whiskers on the head, and then pick out the shrimp intestines. Wash.

Wash the choy sum and cut into small pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add shrimp and choy sum and a little olive oil. Cook for ten minutes and then out of the pot, season with a little salt.
Tips:
When the shrimp picks the shrimp intestines, you only need to insert a toothpick from the back of the shrimp, and then pick out a black object.
