Sea Velvet

Soak the dried sea mushrooms in cold water for 3-4 hours.

Cut the soaked sea mushrooms into sections.

Slice the pork and use starch to make it evenly.

Blanch the meat slices and sea fungus with boiling water.
5.
Put peanut oil in the pot, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.
6.
Add the meat slices and the dark soy sauce.
7.
Stir fry evenly.
8.
Down into the sea velvet.
9.
Stir-fry evenly, add salt, seasoning with chicken essence, and serve.
Tips:
The heating time of sea mushrooms should be short, otherwise the nutrients will be easily lost
