Seafood Casserole

Preparation materials: prawns are removed and the middle is broken, ginger peeled and sliced, celery diced, scallops are soaked for 20 minutes because they are too salty and drained, and garlic seeds are peeled.

Wash the rice and put it in 4cm depth water. See the size of the casserole for reference. I use Supor Casserole 4.5L Casserole.

Put in the prepared materials after boiling. Cover and cook on low heat. Remember to pay attention to the splash cover in the middle, in order to not stick the pan, open the cover and stir it with a spoon.

Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Seafood porridge with sashimi, not bad!
