Seafood Congee

Raise a can of fresh rice lightly, open the tab and pour it into the milk pot

Wash twice with clean water, then add water to soak for about half an hour.

Add water to the soaked rice, turn to medium-low heat and simmer slowly after it is boiled on high heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking

Minced meat, shrimp, carrots, and greens are all cut into small cubes for later use

After the rice is boiled until the rice soup is a bit sticky,

Add minced meat and carrots and continue to stir

After about a minute or two, add shrimps, green vegetables, and season with appropriate amount of salt.
