Seafood Flavored Potato Shreds

Wash potatoes, peel and shred them (soak in water to prevent oxidation and discoloration).

Wash the green onions and cut into small pieces.
3.
Peel the garlic and pat loosely.
4.
Put the oil in a pot, add garlic and saute slightly.
5.
Pour shredded potatoes and stir fry, then add appropriate amount of red 99 seafood seasoning, drip a few drops of white vinegar and stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Stir-fried potato shreds change color and put on a pan, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Add white vinegar to keep the potato shreds crisp.
