Seafood Jalousie

Wash the clams with salt water. Remove the shrimp and wash the shrimp line for later use.

Prepare the tofu skin (sedos) and minced meat.

Add an egg with oyster sauce, chicken powder, sesame oil, salt, and minced green onion and ginger to mix thoroughly.

Wash the fennel (tofu skin), cut into small pieces, and put in an appropriate amount of meat.

Wrap them one by one and steam for 10 minutes in a steamer.

Put a little oil in the pot and cook the green onion and ginger in the pot.

Then add clams and shrimp, stir fry until the shrimp changes color, and add some cooking wine.

Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Put in the steamed venetian bag and cook for 5-8 minutes.

Turn off the fire. Season with salt and a pinch of pepper and serve.
Tips:
The venetian bag is steamed first and it is not easy to spread. It is not easy to cool with a casserole. Other pots and utensils are fine.
