Seafood Loofah Soup

Prepare the ingredients, peel and slice the loofah, boil water in a pot, add scallops, red dates, ginger slices, and boil on high heat. After the water is boiled, add fish balls and fish skin dumplings. Bring to a boil and boil again and cook on medium heat for a few minutes

Add a few drops of oil to the pot, pour the loofah into the pot and boil on high heat. Cook until the loofah is transparent. Season with salt. Add coriander as you like.
