Seafood Miso Soup

Take out the fresh shrimp in advance to de-ice, cut the tofu into small pieces, wash and slice the shiitake mushrooms, and chop the shallots into chopped green onions.

Boil a pot of water, add the mushrooms and cook until the water boils.

Add tofu and cook.

2 scoops of miso, add water and mix to form a paste, add to the soup and mix well

Boil the shrimps until cooked and add the flavor.

Add chopped green onion before starting the pan, then turn off the heat
