Seafood Mushroom Five White Soup

All the ingredients are washed, peeled and ready. The taro is steamed, or it can be cooked in a microwave oven.

Pleurotus eryngii, sliced yam, cut taro into small pieces, and chop coriander stalks.

Add the green onion, white ginger and garlic to a small fire and stir until fragrant.

Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry. When the pleurotus eryngii is soft, put the taro grains.

Add water and cook for a while, the soup will thicken. Forgot to take a photo at this step.

Add seafood mushrooms. Boil

Put the yam pill and add lily when the edge of the yam is a little transparent.

A pinch of salt. Put coriander stalks and chopped green onions. If there is no coriander stalk, you can put chopped celery

It's edible.
Tips:
Without thickening, taro will cook a thick soup.
