Seafood Mushroom Pork Belly Soup

1. The pork belly I bought has yellow mucus on it, rinse it off with running water

2. After washing the pork belly, add appropriate amount of salt, and continue to scrub inside and out

3. After rinsing, add appropriate amount of flour inside and outside to continue scrubbing, repeat 2 to 3 times

4. Rinse the pork belly, add a little red wine vinegar and soak for 5 minutes (nothing left)

5. Stuff the pork belly into a plate

6. Boil water for 3 minutes

7. Take out the pork belly, let it cool, and scrape off the dirt on the surface with a knife. Cut long strips

8. Put hot water in a saucepan, add pork belly, add ginger, green onions and start to stew

9. After 2 hours, add the seafood mushrooms, continue to simmer for about half an hour, add a little salt to taste, sprinkle in the soaked wolfberry, and it will be out.

Tips:

The pork belly must be cleaned repeatedly to ensure the pureness of the soup. Adding red wine vinegar to soak this time can effectively remove fishy to a certain extent. It is also possible to repeatedly scrub with salt and flour.
