Seafood Rice

Argentine red shrimp defrosting to remove shrimp thread clam meat defrosting

Cut a small piece of butter into a pan and saute the onion and garlic until fragrant

Then add the cleaned rice and appropriate amount of water and cook on a low fire until it is five years old. Put in the big shrimp and clam meat so that half of the seafood can be immersed in the rice to be more beautiful and make the rice taste better. Cook for 20 minutes on low fire. Turn off the heat and add a few slices of lemon as garnish. Sprinkle some basil on the top
Tips:
Be sure to add seafood when the rice is five years old so that the seafood will not be too old and half of it can be immersed in the rice
