Seafood Rice Noodle Casserole

Wash the clams

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and put cross flowers on the surface

Wash the vegetables

Blanch the shrimp

Put the clams into the water and boil

Dian clear the boiled water and remove the sand below

Soak the rice noodles in water

Prepare a pot of hot water and add shredded ginger
