After steaming a pot of seafood, stir the porridge in time to avoid sticking to the pot. Don't make too much fire. I just got a big fire and didn't stir it. When steaming the seafood for the third time, the porridge burned. So, after eating the seafood for the second time, check to see if the porridge is cooked. Serve it when it's cooked and replace it with steamed seafood.
