This is a very suitable dish to eat during the weight loss diet. It has comprehensive nutrition and a perfect combination of meat and vegetables.

Seafood Vegetable Soup

1. Shred carrots

2. Loofah cut into sections

3. Raise clams clean

4. Put it in boiling water and boil it out

5. Filter the boiled water to clear it

6. Add mushrooms and cooking wine

7. Add ginger slices and carrots and boil

8. Wash the shrimp

9. Add to the pot

10. Add loofah and cook for three minutes

11. Season with salt
