Seafood Vermicelli Casserole

1. Add the cooking wine and pepper to the shrimp, cut the pork belly into cubes, add the cooking wine and light soy sauce, and marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Cut the crab meat into sections, soak the scallops in advance, and chop the ginger, garlic and red pepper.

3. Soak the vermicelli with warm water to soften.

4. Add oil to the wok and stir-fry the minced meat to change color and serve.

5. Put oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

6. Add scallops, shrimps, and crab sticks and stir-fry until the shrimps change color.

7. Add vermicelli and red pepper, add soy sauce and oil, and stir-fry a little pepper. Turn off the heat.

8. Put the fried minced meat and vermicelli in a casserole, add a small bowl of hot water and cook for a while.

9. Sprinkle with chopped green onions when the soup is almost dry.

Tips:

Without additional salt, I think the salty taste is enough.
