Seared Nine-section Shrimp

The nine-section prawns I bought yesterday were all live and fresh. [To go to the shrimp thread, just swipe in the second section and use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread]

To go to the shrimp line, just swipe it in section 2. Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp line and put it under ice water to make the meat more elastic.
