Seasonal Vegetable and Grain Braised Rice

Spread a layer of lard on the inner wall of the casserole.

Coat the inner wall of the casserole with lard.
3.
Cut all the vegetables into small cubes.
4.
Wash millet, brown rice, and sorghum rice and soak overnight.
5.
In a large bowl, add vegetables and grains to the soy sauce and mix well.
6.
Put the remaining lard in the bottom of the pot.
7.
Put the mixed grains and vegetables in, add an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat.
