Seasonal Vegetable Chicken

Boneless and diced chicken thighs, put all the ingredients in the marinade, mix well, and marinate for half an hour

Dice potatoes, carrots, onions and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat up, add the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant

Pour in the marinated chicken and stir fry until the color changes

Pour three dices and stir fry
